The Tisinthe Business Bootcamp, an intensive practical programme designed to help aspiring and existing entrepreneurs turn ideas into viable businesses and build the foundations for sustainable growth, is here.

The programme takes participants through the essential elements of building and growing a business from identifying and validating a viable opportunity and understanding customers to developing a strong business model, determining appropriate pricing, managing costs and cash flow, and building a practical marketing and sales strategy. Participants will also explore customer acquisition and retention, business planning, setting realistic targets and preparing their businesses for financing, partnerships and future growth.

The Bootcamp is structured around practical exercises that enable each participant to refine a business idea or existing enterprise and develop a realistic roadmap for implementation.

What you will take away

Participants will leave with a refined business model, basic financial plan, marketing and sales strategy, practical business tools and templates, a business pitch and a 90-day business growth plan. Each participant will also receive a certificate of participation.

Who should attend?

The Bootcamp is designed for aspiring entrepreneurs, youth entrepreneurs, women entrepreneurs, small-business owners, informal businesses ready to grow, entrepreneurs developing new products or services and anyone interested in turning a skill or idea into a sustainable source of income.
