Avoiding/preventing these challenges is very important in ensuring the wellbeing of individual members of a family. However hard we try to avoid, these challenges still appear in our lives at one point or another. Therefore, how we deal with these challenges when they surface or resurface is critical. Sometimes, we fail manage and deal with the encounters of life or suffer stress, depression, and other complex issues.
Become a family/team that cares and prioritises the health and wellbeing of its members by regularly engaging health and wellness experts in order to help identify and uncover any hidden and toxic feelings, emotions and fears that may result from personal encounters with the society, poor business/economic performance, bad debts, poor performance in school, societal insecurities, personal doubts, relationship failure, lack of self satisfaction, mismatch between interests and opportunities, drug and substance abuse, and other personal or family choices.

4. Social Security Planning
According to the International Labour Organization (ILO), for most workers in the informal economy, the lack of social protection is a challenge not only in their daily struggles to make ends meet but in their aspirations to obtain decent work, rights and dignity. For the societies in which they live, the lack of social protection coverage weakens social justice and undermines inclusive growth and the realization of human rights. We come in to work with those in the informal sectors such as small scale entrepreneurs and small scale farmers to plan and build a social protection plan for themselves. Currently, we just provide technical support and recommendations on which institutions farmers can register with for social protection. However, many of our farmers and entrepreneurs have reported back systematic challenges which make it hard for them to maintain a consistent social security plan. We are therefore planning to building our own social security plan that addresses these gaps/challenges. We will be announcing this program in due course.
5. Team Building and Institutional Wellness
Our Team Building and Wellness services are designed to support individuals and institution to reach optimal work-life performance. We realize that staff and volunteers are at the center of every institution and the work they do as an organization. We realise that staff and volunteers are the lynchpin to every institution’s ability to positively impact the lives of the communities they serve. As such, institutions must prioritize strengthening their teams by putting in place dedicated systems and structures to support the mental wellbeing, growth and development, and cultivate a sense of camaraderie among staff members to ensure they are engaged, motivated, inspired, collaborative, and ultimately, productive. That’s where we come in as Growth Pillar with our expertise and experience, giving your team the best team building and wellness sessions where your staff and volunteers work together to reach a shared goal while using their communication, collaboration and creativity skills to advance in the exercise and generate positive experiences through the interactive and fun activities. We support teams to learn each other’s strengths and weaknesses, renew connections or develop new ones within the team and help them to build and feel a sense of camaraderie.
