1. Partnerships and Business Development Team.

Develop new innovations, strategies and technologies, support with project proposals and business pitches, pitching before funders/investors, and build partnerships with local and international funders/investors.

2. Innovations and Design Team.

Lead the design and development of training, education and mentorship materials/tools that can be used to to counsel people with mental health problems, and provide support to young/aspiring entrepreneurs.

3. Marketing and Communications Team.

Support with establishing marketing strategies and tools and lead the execution of a marketing plan that will enable the organization to build more partnerships and increase client base.

4. Research and M&E Team.

Design, implement and coordinate research/evaluation frameworks for consultancy programs/contracts with social service institutions in Malawi.

5. Strategy and Operations Team.

Help with developing a technical assistance strategy that will position Growth Pillar as a priority technical partner in psycho-social services, mental health, entrepreneurship, research and technical assistance.
